Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to design, secure, and support enterprise IT across a multi-site manufacturing environment. You will own escalation, lead infrastructure modernization, and drive enterprise delivery in hybrid and cloud environments.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong operational ownership, and collaboration with business and technical teams across locations. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
• 5+ years managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Exchange).
• Experience designing hybrid, multi-cloud architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own escalation & Tier 3 incidents including hardware, software, identity.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise projects and migrations.
• Design and support hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments.
• Mentor and support other IT and technology teams.
• Create SOPs and knowledge bases.
