Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work-related experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Strong server systems experience in Microsoft server products and services required.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong coordination and project skills.
• After-hours on call availability, as needed.

Responsibilities

• 35% Systems Engineering: Implement enterprise level, secure, resilient systems and tools. Package these solutions with auditing, security, alerting, high availability and tuning.
• 35% Systems Engineering: Make decisions on hardware and software design, prioritize work based on value add and customer input and implement solutions, in partnership with customers, on premises or in the cloud.
• 30% Service Offering: Function as a subject matter expert for OS platform service offerings. Responsible for on call for core services offered.
