Job summary

CEdge Inc. seeks a Senior GEOINT Systems Engineer in Springfield, VA, requiring TS/SCI clearance. You will lead integration efforts across NGA programs, conducting analyses and guiding architectures from requirements through transition to operations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. The role emphasizes enterprise-wide architecture, EO/IO, and modernization efforts, with a focus on TCPED and data integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Senior-level experience in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements, PPBES or SOA/Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.
• Knowledge of GEOINT TCPED Architecture (Data Providers, Systems/Services, Interfaces).
• Demonstrated knowledge of NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• SAFe Certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Perform architecture gap analysis and develop the Future State Enterprise Architecture.
• Conduct engineering analyses to inform GEOINT investment decisions.
• Lead/evolve end-to-end integration projects between NGA and Mission Partners from planning to Transition to Operations.
• Lead/participate in AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
• Provide thought leadership and define project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in NGA Governance, Configuration Management, and Risk Management processes.
