Job summary

CEdge Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level GEOINT Systems Engineer in Springfield, VA to support enterprise transformation initiatives across GEOINT mission systems.

The role requires hands-on systems engineering across architecture, requirements, CONOPS, integration, testing, and transition, with a focus on TCPED architecture and cross‑organization coordination. The position demands a TS/SCI security clearance and experience leading end-to-end integration projects with NGA and Mission Partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field or equivalent senior level experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Senior‑level experience in government or industry in DoD/IC Acquisition/PPBES or large System of Systems.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform architecture gap analysis and develop the Future State Enterprise Architecture.
• Conduct engineering analyses to inform GEOINT mission and IT investment decisions.
• Lead cross‑organization Integrated Project Teams to develop plans, roadmaps, and architecture artifacts.
• Capture and translate mission requirements into system requirements and solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end integration projects between NGA and Mission Partners from planning through Transition to Operations (TTO).
