Job summary

CEdge Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to provide leadership, oversight, and technical guidance for the NGA GEOINT program. The role focuses on requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and integration across multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or related STEM degree program.
• Expert-level DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES or large System of Systems experience.
• Experience in systems engineering, integration, or development.
• Technical leadership on IC mission projects in multi-contractor/government settings.
• Experience evaluating and deploying new technologies into operations or architectures.
• GEOINT systems, services, or products experience.
• Experience managing system interfaces and end-to-end integration.
• Strategic planning and technology insertion experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior government customers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with solid time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning analysis, traceability of user requirements, and review of cloud service capabilities.
• Advise government on proposed solution design changes based on requirements and technology.
• Translate mission/customer needs into system and capability requirements.
• Support analyses and allocation of requirements to architecture components and programs.
• Lead systems integration activities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Guide AoA, CoA, and trade studies; support engineering assessments.
• Provide strategic technical planning and risk management input to the program.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior government personnel and contractors.
