CEdge Inc. invites a Senior GEOINT Systems Engineer to join our enterprise engineering team in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on architecture, requirements, CONOPS, integration, and transition of GEOINT mission systems, supporting NGA programs.

A TS/SCI clearance is required, with opportunities to lead cross‑organziational teams and shape future state architectures through AOAs, COAs, and trade studies. You will collaborate across PEOs to deliver integrated plans, document baselines, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent senior level experience.
• Senior-level experience in government or industry with DoD/IC Acquisition, requirements, or large complex systems.
• Experience with the GEOINT TCPED Architecture and data flows.
• Knowledge of NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises and modernisation efforts.
• Experience leading cross‑organization teams and large enterprise transitions.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira/Confluence; SAFe certification preferred.
• MBSE concepts, processes, and tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform architecture gap analysis and develop the Future State EA.
• Conduct analyses to inform GEOINT mission IT investments.
• Allocate requirements to architecture components and maintain traceability.
• Translate mission needs into system and capability requirements.
• Lead cross‑organization teams and drive project plans, COAs, and roadmaps.
• Participate in AoAs, CoAs, trade studies, and risk assessments.
• Support NGA governance and configuration management processes.
