Job summary

CEdge has an opportunity for a Systems Engineer ( Expert Level ), located in Chantilly, VA. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and involves leading multi-disciplinary engineering efforts for GEOINT across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.

Expert-level responsibilities include requirements management, architecture analysis, and AoAs/CoAs. The position covers cloud, on- premises, or hybrid infrastructures and offers a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• 18+ years of DoD/IC acquisition or systems engineering experience.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
• Working knowledge of MBSE, processes, tools and languages.

Responsibilities

• Direct requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability and analysis across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
• Review cloud service capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations.
• Advise Government on changes to solutions designs based on requirements.
• Capture and translate mission needs into systems/ capability requirements.
• Lead AoAs, CoAs, Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
• Coordinate senior- to junior-level contractor engineers and oversee teams.
