Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to provide senior technical leadership across national security and geospatial programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through the full systems engineering lifecycle, translating mission needs into scalable, resilient solutions for NSG, ASG, and other federal partners.

The role emphasizes enterprise-wide collaboration, requirements management, and technical guidance to align long-term vision with execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD/IC acquisition and large-scale systems engineering.
• Knowledge of NSG/ASG and NGA environments is preferred.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the systems engineering lifecycle across programs.
• Trace requirements to architectures and solutions.
• Coordinate across acquisition programs and organizational boundaries.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers on the team.
• Advise stakeholders on mission-driven changes and improvements.
