Job summary

Compatible Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks expert-level Systems Engineers to lead multi-discipline teams across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies.

You will direct requirements and solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and maintainability analyses to ensure GEOINT delivery. Role requires 18+ years in government or industry with DoD/IC processes, NSG/ASG familiarity, and advanced degrees; cloud and MBSE experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; or equivalent experience.
• 18+ years in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements, PPBES or large System of Systems.
• Experience with NSG/ASG, NGA program work is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary engineering activities across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
• Analyze requirements, architecture traceability, and cloud capabilities to improve systems.
• Advise government on design changes based on requirements and new tech.
• Support capture of mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Coordinate System of Systems integration and program engineering assessments.
