Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support mission-critical geospatial intelligence initiatives across the NSG, ASG, and other Federal agencies.

You will provide technical leadership across the systems engineering lifecycle, guiding teams through requirements development, solution design, integration, and performance analysis to deliver resilient, enterprise-scale capabilities that support the GEOINT mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; 4 years with no degree or 2 years with non-STEM degree allowed.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in DoD/IC programs: requirements engineering, PPBES, and large System-of-Systems environments.
• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and NSG/ASG/NRO enterprise environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI eligibility and pass a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mid-level and junior systems engineers across all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance in requirements engineering, solution engineering, integration, testing, reliability, resiliency, maintainability, and performance analysis.
• Develop and evaluate system designs based on mission requirements, emerging technologies, and enterprise architecture.
• Support systems integration across multiple platforms, services, and organizations.
