Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Systems Engineer to administer Finance systems, with emphasis on Workday Financials, security, and integrations. You will partner with developers and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end financial processes in a SOX-compliant environment.

The role requires 4–8+ years of hands-on Workday experience, agile delivery, and a track record in automating workflows, data security, and ERP configurations. North America operations knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

4-8+ years hands-on Workday Financials experience.
Proficient in Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Integrations.
Experience handling L2/L3 production support and incident management.
Certified Workday expert in at least one Financial module.
Experience with Accounting Center and Prism.
Familiar with Workday Community and new features/enhancements.
Experience in a SOX-compliant environment.
Demonstrated AI/agentic workflow transformation experience.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise application support for Finance systems and applications.
Resolve technical and functional issues; perform trend analysis and suggest enhancements.
Collaborate with development teams to implement new functionality.
Support multiple priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Lead or participate in AI-enabled workflow redesigns to automate processes.
