Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Engineer to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role in Texas. You will configure, develop, and test Workday functionalities and integrations, leveraging automation tools like Kainos.

You will work with internal Workday teams and business users, participate in design sessions, build scalable test automation, and ensure quality through testing phases and defect reporting. A related technical degree is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HRMS configuration, development and testing across implementations.
• Strong testing knowledge and test automation using tools like Kainos.
• Experience with Workday security, integration, and architecture.
• 4+ years of Workday HRMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday enhancements across functional and technical aspects.
• Collaborate with internal Workday teams and business users incl. 3rd party integrators.
• Participate in design sessions with developers, designers, product managers and analysts.
• Build scalable test automation using Kainos and maintain test plans and cases.
• Lead code reviews and diagnose quality issues to resolution.
