Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant and progressive experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform operations, and endpoint engineering.
• Experience driving workstreams that improved operational performance and reliability.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure or multi-data center environments, including virtualization, storage, backup/recovery, monitoring, and high-availability technologies.
• Experience with enterprise workstation images and standardized endpoint configurations.
• Experience with enterprise software packaging and automated deployment, upgrades, configuration, and removal.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and platforms, including compute, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Engineer and maintain standardized enterprise workstation images and configurations.
• Develop and maintain software packages and automated deployment processes for scalable distribution.
• Own assigned infrastructure throughout lifecycle, including upgrades and security alignment.
• Identify and remediate technical debt and obsolete technologies; standardize platforms.
• Lead complex incidents; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Improve platform reliability through monitoring, capacity planning, and recovery readiness.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support procedures; support knowledge transfer.
