Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to design, operate, and enhance enterprise infrastructure across data centers and IaaS environments. You will own lifecycle management, drive automation with PowerShell and Python, and coordinate with platform teams to ensure reliability and security.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and at least five years of progressive infrastructure experience, with a strong focus on virtualization, AD, and storage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant and progressive experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform operations, and endpoint engineering.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, backup/recovery, monitoring, and high-availability technologies.
• Experience with enterprise workstation images and standardized endpoint configurations.
• Experience with enterprise software packaging and automated deployment, upgrades, configuration, and removal.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and platforms, including data center and IaaS environments.
• Engineer and maintain standardized workstation images and configurations.
• Develop and maintain software packages and automated deployment processes.
• Own assigned infrastructure throughout its lifecycle, including upgrades and security alignment.
• Lead technical initiatives and coordinate across multiple teams.
