Job summary

Mariner Finance seeks a senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve enterprise infrastructure, endpoint engineering capabilities, and associated platforms across data centers and IaaS environments. You will automate using PowerShell or Python, own lifecycle activities, and act as a technical escalation point within the Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant and progressive experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform operations, and endpoint engineering.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, storage, backup/recovery, monitoring, and high-availability technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and platforms, including compute, virtualization, storage, backup and recovery, monitoring, capacity/performance, and lifecycle support.
• Engineer and maintain standardized enterprise workstation images and configurations.
• Develop and maintain software packaging and automated deployment processes for installation, configuration, upgrades, and removal.
• Own lifecycle, upgrades, vendor coordination, security alignment, and support readiness for assigned technologies.
• Lead complex infrastructure incidents and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
