Yale University is seeking a technical leader within the Email & Collaboration Engineering team to support a 50,000-user cloud environment. You will provide hands-on leadership, set engineering standards, and mentor engineers through design reviews and operational discipline.
You will serve as the SME for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Copilot, while coordinating with Google Workspace, Zoom, Box/Dropbox, and Confluence to meet academic and administrative needs,
