Job summary

Northwestern University is seeking a senior leader to guide the design and implementation of Collaboration Services infrastructure across multiple campuses. The role involves strategic planning, vendor management, and security governance to ensure reliable distribution of collaboration tools such as email, conferencing, and messaging.

You will supervise junior staff, consult with stakeholders, and drive business process improvements while coordinating across IT teams to align with university

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience.
• 7 years' experience implementing complex CI Infrastructure Management Software Systems and Services.
• Experience with identity management/provisioning, information security, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategic planning and system growth to support Collaboration Services products.
• Oversees design, implementation, and maintenance of Collaboration Services infrastructure.
• Manages vendors, risk, patching, and security governance.
• Consults with user communities to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provides tier-3 support and guides junior staff.
