Job summary

DoubleVerify’s NYC Global HQ seeks a Senior Corporate Systems Engineer, Collaboration Platforms to own Google Workspace and Slack administration, mentor a remote team, and ensure flawless end‑user experience across the global workforce. You will manage ticket queues, build SOPs, and support conference room AV.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Google Workspace, Slack, macOS, Windows, and enterprise collaboration tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
5+ years in corporate IT support with Tier 2/3 troubleshooting.
Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
Extensive knowledge of Slack administration.
Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows OS.
Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and collaboration tech.
Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Own admin and governance of Google Workspace, Drive and permissions.
Own administration of core collaboration platforms including Slack.
Administer broader collaboration tools like Monday.com and Notion.
Provide white-glove technical support to C-level executives across devices.
Triage, prioritize, and load-balance tickets in SLA-driven Corporate Systems queue.
Build and maintain the department knowledge base with SOPs and guides.
Mentor remote IT support staff to improve first-touch resolution.
Support conference room AV and collaboration technology at the NYC HQ.
