Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. seeks an Associate, Systems Engineering in Dallas, TX.

You will focus on Microsoft products including Office 365 (Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive), Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, and M365 Desktop Application support. You will manage mailbox migrations and steady state projects, coordinate with architecture and development teams, and ensure monitoring and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or related field with 1 year of experience OR Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online technologies; email routing and security software including SMTP Gateways, Sendmail, Postfix, Proofpoint Protection Server, Anti-Malware, Spam and Phishing defenses.
• Experience triaging production system and environmental issues; working with ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and implement production solutions by coordinating with architecture engineering, product owners and development teams.
• Manage incident and problem resolution for production systems; coordinate changes in the environment.
• Provide escalation support to first and second level teams; document and train teams.
