Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is Hybrid, three days onsite and 2 days remote with travel approximately two weeks per quarter.

You will lead complex engineering tasks, support the AARGM-ER and HARM programs, apply systems engineering methods, and travel as required to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field (or Bachelor’s with 4+ years of relevant experience).
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years on DoD systems.
• 10+ years of experience developing complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex engineering tasks with minimal guidance.
• Provide engineering support for AARGM-ER and HARM programs.
• Apply systems engineering to design, develop, test, and evaluate weapons systems.
