The ideal candidate has a technical MS and at least 10 years in engineering, including DoD systems, and excels at cross-functional collaboration and complex reporting across security environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance is required.
• MS/MA in a technical or scientific field from an accredited institution.
• Substitution: BS/BA with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• At least 10 years in an engineering role, 3 of which in DoD systems.
• Experience delivering results in multi-level security projects.

Responsibilities

• Deputy to the Assistant Program Manager Systems Engineering - Mid Band.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure CE and SE practices are followed.
• Lead SETR events and maintain programmatics, risk, and readiness data.
• Produce technical reports, analyses, and status briefings for leadership.
• Support integrated master plans, schedules, and lifecycle documentation.
