Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with strong troubleshooting.
• 5+ years supporting Java applications.
• 5+ years working with Linux command line tools and scripting.
• 5+ years deploying and troubleshooting web app environments (Jetty/Apache/IIS).
• 5+ years supporting software releases and security updates (IAVA).
• Active DoD Secret clearance; Top Secret/SOI eligibility required.
• DOE-compliant DoD messaging and security compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and troubleshoot escalations end-to-end.
• Assist with product releases, patches, and advisories.
• Create and update product docs, installation guidance, and release notes.
• Support field Engineers and embedded Product Support Engineers.
• Coordinate with development and field teams to move issues toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate status and next-action information in team workflow.
