Job summary

Synectic Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support PMA-234 at NAS Patuxent River, MD. This local hybrid role requires 2 days on-site with some telework and travel about two weeks per quarter.

You will serve as Deputy to the Assistant Program Manager Systems Engineering - Mid Band and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Responsibilities include leading SE activities, documenting analyses, guiding SETR events, and maintaining schedules and risk

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance.
MS or MA degree in a technical or scientific field.
BS with 4+ years of relevant experience allowed as substitution.
At least 10 years in an engineering role, 3 of which in DoD systems.

Responsibilities

Deputy to the Assistant Program Manager Systems Engineering - Mid Band.
Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements from stakeholders to align with objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure SE practices are followed.
Lead SETR events and document technical reports and analyses.
Maintain integrated master plans, schedules, and life cycle documentation.
Assess risks and support investment decisions and readiness data.
