The role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding architecture development, governance, and Agile execution across JCWA programs. The candidate will collaborate with senior architects and OVSLs, develop ADRs and TN processes, and drive insights through executive dashboards while ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chief Architect, TDA, OVSLs and engineering teams to mature JCWA design and reference architecture.
• Develop and implement governance artifacts (Charters, MFRs, SOPs, SE Plans) for JCWA governance.
• Establish ADR and TN processes to document architecturally significant decisions.
• Support JCWA ICAM initiatives and enterprise capabilities.
• Maintain awareness of DoD/DoW policies affecting systems engineering and development.
• Prepare executive briefings and risk/issue updates for leadership.
