Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior architect-level professional with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to lead Joint Cyber Warfare Architecture and related governance efforts.

The role requires fifteen years of DoD experience, DoD acquisition policy knowledge, and expertise with Confluence and Jira, SAFe/ARTs, and program planning. The environment spans multiple DoD enterprise-scale programs and a variety of SOPs and architecture artifacts.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph
• CI poly within last seven years
• Fifteen years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree
• DoD DoD acquisition policies knowledge
• Experience applying systems engineering to complex systems-of-systems architectures
• Experience supporting large organizations (200–2,000 personnel)
• SAFe, ARTs, and PI Planning proficiency
• Governance doc development: SOPs, MFRs, ADRs
• Experience with USCYBERCOM/cyber mission programs
• Mattermost and Confluence experience
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop governance frameworks, technical documentation, and systems engineering artifacts
• Prepare SOPs, MFRs, ADRs and related architecture records
• Translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
• Support enterprise architecture initiatives and modernization efforts
• Engage with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and AF governance
