Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center and AWACS division. This full-time hybrid position is based at Tinker AFB, OK, and involves system-level analysis, documentation, and risk management to support modernization and operations.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active secret clearance, and a related bachelor’s degree with extensive DoD experience. Expect collaboration with IPTs and travel to Hanscom/Seattle as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with substantial experience.
• 5+ years in DoW or equivalent preferred; 12+ or 15+ years depending on path.

Responsibilities

• Conduct program portfolio reviews to optimize plans and tests.
• Review designs and test results for compliance with specifications.
• Prepare technical docs, management reports, and presentations.
• Provide engineering support across acquisition, development, integration, and sustainment.
• Support risk management and formal trade studies.
• Contribute to IPTs and evaluate technical proposals.
