Job summary

Torch Technologies in OK is seeking a General/Interdisciplinary Engineer to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW. Hybrid role at Tinker AFB with duties spanning design, architecture, and lifecycle management of defense systems. Strong emphasis on MBSE, documentation, and technical reviews.

Ideal candidates bring DoD acquisition experience, system-level thinking, and the ability to work across teams to deliver integrated solutions. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience or 7 years of directly related DoD acquisition experience
• Must have and maintain an Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and sustain systems across acquisition life cycle.
• Conduct system analyses and derive requirements for DoW programs.
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct technical reviews (CDR, MRA, TIM).
• Perform market research, cost, schedule, and risk analyses, and support TEMP/test planning.
• Collaborate across customers and contractor teams to ensure interoperability.
