Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a General/Interdisciplinary Engineer for the Tinker AFB, OK area. The role is hybrid and focuses on supporting AFLCMC/HBS/WI with lifecycle engineering, architecture, and program support.

Preferred candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance. The position offers a competitive salary in the six-figure range with comprehensive benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with program offices and government personnel.
• Experience in DoD acquisition and systems engineering processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across the acquisition life cycle from requirements analysis to system disposal.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and analyses (AoA, SEP) and participate in design reviews.
• Develop plans, documentation, and artifacts to support CDR, MRA, TIM and related reviews.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure system architectures meet requirements, cost, and schedule constraints.
