Job summary

SC&H Group is seeking a Systems Engineer for Co-Managed Services to act as a senior escalation point and technical SME within the service delivery team. You will ensure client environments (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMware, Windows Server, M365) run efficiently while aligning security baselines and configurations.

The role involves leading escalations, guiding staff, and coordinating with MSP platforms like NinjaOne and Halo, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMware, Windows Server, and M365.
• Experience with MSP platforms and multitenant management.
• Ability to lead escalations and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience overseeing technical staff and budgets.
• Strong patching and configuration management background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for complex client issues across MS 365, Azure, Entra, VMware, Windows Server.
• Own patching and Intune strategy, configuration, enforcement, and improvement.
• Define and maintain security baselines within M365/Intune.
• Provide advanced technical leadership for projects as needed.
• Create SOPs and knowledge articles to standardize operations.
