Prestige Financial Services, part of The Larry H. Miller Company, seeks a System Engineer to manage advanced networking, systems, and infrastructure both in the cloud and on-premises. The role is on-site with hybrid options in Utah.

DOE wage reflects senior-level responsibilities. Responsibilities include configuring Windows servers, Exchange/Office 365, Entra ID, Terraform, and Kubernetes, plus monitoring performance and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred certifications include AWS/Azure, Terraform Associate, CKA, CCNA, M365 MD Engineer, Okta, ITIL, CompTIA.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, desktop and server OS, patch management, DNS, DHCP, Radius, VoIP, Cisco networking, call management systems, firewalls, load balancers, cloud systems, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role.
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures for system administration and appropriate use.
• Manage end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations securely.
• Architect, schedule, and perform software/hardware upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and purchases.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on servers and workstations.
• Administer systems including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Monitor performance, maintain systems, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage KPIs and performance reports; handle IT work tickets.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform; manage container workloads with Kubernetes/Helm in cloud.
• Maintain observability and support SOC 2/ISO regulatory/security audits.
• Protect company information and operate within risk controls.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver customer-ready solutions.
