Job summary

KEXP is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain and improve IT systems and network infrastructure across on‑premises, hosted, and cloud environments. The role collaborates with senior staff, owns day‑to‑day operations, and drives incident response while contributing to design and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, M365, Google Workspace, and network gear; developing automation in Python/PowerShell; and supporting PCI/NIST

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in systems engineering or infrastructure operations.
• Experience administering Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and identity platforms.
• Experience with scripting for automation (Python/PowerShell).
• Familiarity with Veeam, monitoring/observability tools, and enterprise storage.
• Hybrid of on‑prem and cloud infrastructure experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains on‑premises, hosted, and cloud IT infrastructure and services.
• Administers core SaaS platforms and tenant configurations (M365, Entra ID, Google Workspace).
• Manages endpoint configuration and compliance via MDM/UEM tools.
• Supports network and storage infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki and Pure Storage.
• Develops runbooks, scripts, and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Participates in on‑call rotation and incident response.
