Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ten or more years as a Citrix/Systems Engineer in healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows/Unix/Linux environments.
• Proficient in Citrix, VMware virtualization technologies; AD and GPO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security and lifecycle management of Enterprise Citrix and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Serve as SME for CVAD, VDI, WEM, App Layering, and NetScaler SDX technologies.
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Clinical Informatics, and Desktop Support to support IT and clinical operations.
• Identify incidents and resolve issues rapidly to minimize impact on patient care.
