Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a General/Interdisciplinary Engineer to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW for AWACS systems. The role covers design, architecture, and lifecycle engineering across acquisition phases, with the option for hybrid work at Tinker AFB, OK.

You will develop system architectures, analyze requirements, and prepare technical documentation for reviews and testing. Preferred candidates have DoD experience, active Secret clearance, and strong MBSE/digital engineering capabilities.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Must hold an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7 years of DoD experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DoD or equivalent defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and sustain systems across the acquisition life cycle.
• Produce engineering documentation (AoA, SEP, CDR) and reports.
• Conduct system architecture analyses and define requirements.
• Support testing, technical reviews, and integration activities.
