The role leads cross‑functional efforts across the development life cycle, mentors engineers, and drives technical direction for embedded hardware and software subsystems, with readiness to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in systems, software, or hardware engineering.
• Design, integration, and certification of embedded subsystems.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, RF, and ENET protocols.
• Leadership and guidance to large multi-discipline teams.
• Lead systems engineering across programs and cross-product activities.
• Ownership of engineering scope and task delivery.
• Trade studies, risk analyses, and mitigation tracking.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and design reviews.
• Understanding of the System Engineering Lifecycle and mentoring engineers.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
