Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 15 years of related engineering experience in systems, software, or hardware engineering.
• Ability to lead large multi-discipline teams and guide cross-product activities.
• Proven track record in planning, executing, and leading integration, verification and validation tasks.
• Able to own engineering scope within programs and drive tasks to meet requirements.
• Experience developing technical baselines (requirements/architecture) and reviewing Engineering Change Requests.
• Experience leading trade studies, risk and opportunity analyses, and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including design reviews.
• Experience developing system verification test plans, procedures and reports.
• Deep understanding of the System Engineering Lifecycle and processes.
• Experience mentoring engineers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and programmatic leadership across the development lifecycle, from concept to validation.
• Lead requirements definition, functional analysis, and design review support for avionics and sensor integration.
• Oversee system implementation, integration, verification, and validation within an IPT.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet technical requirements and program objectives.
