Job summary

V2X is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team in Indianapolis, IN, supporting programs in next-generation avionics and weapon system integration. This role provides the opportunity to work on diverse programs and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• At least twelve years of related engineering experience in systems, software, or hardware engineering.
• Experience providing leadership and guidance to large multi-discipline teams.
• In-depth understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and programmatic leadership throughout the development life cycle.
• Work within a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Develop and integrate advanced systems including avionics, mission computers, and sensors.
