Job summary

AMEWAS is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Anti-Tamper) to lead engineering efforts for DoD weapon systems. This on-site role requires DoD Top Secret clearance and extensive AT expertise, with a salary range of $160,000–$195,000, commensurate with experience.

The position is based in Patuxent River, MD, with opportunities to contribute to the protection of critical information and systems throughout the program life cycle. A strong background in SSE and MBSE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s with 14 years total engineering experience
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• DoD Top Secret Clearance required and maintaining eligibility

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic or technical leadership identifying and solving engineering problems
• Guide the engineering development of modern complex systems
• Apply systems engineering methods and tools to weapon systems
• Identify CPI and consequences of compromise; support protection standards
• Develop AT contractual requirements for developmental programs
• Coordinate with DoD, services and Navy to meet protection requirements
• Assist Navy V&V team with assessment of AT designs and solutions
• Support program risk management and reporting
