Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Systems Security Engineer (Anti-Tamper/Program Protection) to join our SSE team in Massachusetts. You will define SSE requirements, lead security architecture, and ensure RMF compliance in a dynamic, DoD-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance is required
• Experience in System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, cybersec or embedded security
• Experience generating SSE requirements, design, architecture artifacts and policies

Responsibilities

• Interact with the customer to define SSE requirements and solutions
• Develop plans, estimates, tasks, tracking and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with NIST RMF controls
• Consult program management on SSE architecture and issues
• Support bids and proposals for security programs
• Define security development and test efforts for devices and software
• Integrate cybersecurity development activities across teams
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow down to subsystems
