Job summary

AMEWAS in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Anti‑Tamper) to design, test and integrate AT solutions for DoD weapon systems. The role requires a Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s with 14 years of total experience, 10 years in relevant work, and DoD Top Secret clearance; on‑site work is required.

You will lead technical reviews, coordinate with Navy and DoD stakeholders, and ensure protection of critical program information throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field, or Bachelor’s with 14 total years experience.
• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• DoD Top Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with Anti‑Tamper (AT) and weapon systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design, testing, and evaluation of AT solutions.
• Guide the development of modern complex weapon systems.
• Apply systems engineering methods to advanced complex systems.
• Coordinate with DoD and Navy agencies to meet protection requirements.
• Participate in program life cycle and TRB reviews.
• Support program risk management and reporting.
