Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Security Engineer (Anti-Tamper/Program Protection) to lead security engineering efforts on DoD programs. The role focuses on implementing SSE solutions across embedded weapons systems and ensuring DoD-compliant security practices.

Based onsite in Tewksbury, MA, you will work with the SSE team on requirements, architecture, and implementation while maintaining government security clearances and coordinating with customers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience in technical leadership and SSE
• Experience in DoD programs and embedded security solutions

Responsibilities

• Support SSE solution integration into RTX products.
• Define SSE requirements, solutions, and costs with customers, and assess system impacts.
• Develop plans, estimates, task execution, and risk mitigation plans.
• Guide SSE implementations in customer systems and architecture.
• Ensure RMF controls compliance across projects.
