Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the DIARCM program at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on research, integration, testing, and life‑cycle support of electronic aircrew protection systems for helicopters and aircraft.

The candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, manage requirements, and produce technical documentation while operating in a highly secure, on‑site environment with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• MS or MA in technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university.
• At least ten years in an engineering role, with three years related to DoD systems.
• Strong capability to work with multi‑level security environments and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, integration, test, acquisition, and life‑cycle support of electronic systems for aircrew safety.
• Guide engineering development of modern complex systems and apply systems engineering methods.
• Prepare technical documents, analyses, plans and status briefings for stakeholders.
