Job summary

Sabre Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems PMO (PMA-234) at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

This local hybrid role requires 2 days on-site weekly with telework, plus travel—2 weeks per quarter. The role serves as the Deputy to the Assistant Program Manager Systems Engineering - Mid Band, coordinating requirements, SE processes, and technical reviews across multiple teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in technical or scientific field required.
• Alternative: BS/BA with 4 years relevant experience accepted.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher required.
• U.S. Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Deputy to the Assistant Program Manager Systems Engineering - Mid Band.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage technical and performance requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead SE Technical Reviews (SETR) and coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Identify risks and prepare technical reports, memos, and gap analyses.
