Qualifications

• US citizen with Active Secret Clearance
• Technical or Scientific MS/MA required
• Substitution: BS/BA + 4 years of relevant experience allowed
• Minimum 10 years in an engineering role, 3 related to DoD systems
• Experience delivering results on multi-level security projects
• Defense/aerospace/government program experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deputy to the Assistant Program Manager Systems Engineering - Mid Band
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements from stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among teams and agencies
• Facilitate SE Technical Reviews (SETR)
• Identify and document technical, programmatic, and readiness risks
• Prepare technical reports and analyses including gap and business-case analysis
• Contribute to integrated master plans and schedules
• Review lifecycle management documentation from design to disposal
• Analyze readiness, sustainment, and cost data for investment decisions
• Operate across multi-level security environments and pursue process improvements
