Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or finance transformation, with strong R2R background.
• Deep expertise in ERP systems and accounting data architecture.
• Strategic, execution-focused mindset with ability to drive cross-functional change.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence across Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Experience with AI-driven finance automation and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Record to Report leadership across revenue and non-revenue functions.
• Sponsor for finance technology stack, ERP enhancements and reporting infrastructure.
• Redesign end-to-end R2R cycles to shorten time-to-insight.
• Lead cross-functional teams through change, breaking down silos between technical and accounting teams.
• Own accounting ERP system architecture and data integrity.
• Partner with IT to manage ERP production issues.
• Champion AI-driven automation to modernize workflows.
• Drive alignment with Global Process Owners and stakeholders across functions.
• Engage Tax, Treasury, Legal, M&A to align initiatives.
• Present clear facts and roadmaps to finance leadership.
• Liaise with DET team to define requirements.
• Prepare executive updates and narratives.
