Job summary
WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a senior-level Systems Engineer to support enterprise process improvement, organizational transformation, and ISO/IEC 15288 activities across a complex mission environment.
You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more process areas and work with technical teams and senior stakeholders to identify performance gaps, implement improved operating approaches, and drive enterprise-wide disciplined processes.
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise process-improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288 and related process areas.
- Ability to work across senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas across programs.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
- Develop and implement improved workflows and operating practices.
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions with leadership.
