You will facilitate workshops, develop metrics and dashboards in JIRA and Confluence, mentor staff, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI and polygraph.
Proven SME in ISO/IEC 15288 and experience approving work products.
Experience planning and developing engineering projects with enterprise impact.
Strong change management, governance, and SOPs/playbooks knowledge.
Advanced problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise process initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
Analyze business, engineering, and program processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
Develop and recommend improved processes, workflows, and operating practices.
Apply Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma to enterprise challenges.
Facilitate workshops and reviews with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Support teams in maturing Agile and SAFe practices.
Develop process maps, workflows, dashboards, and process-management artifacts.
Use JIRA and Confluence for workflow management and reporting.
Identify root causes of performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Brief stakeholders and senior leaders on performance and implementation status.
Mentor teams on process-improvement practices and disciplined execution.
