Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Subject Matter Expert to accelerate optimization of ISO/IEC 15288 processes within a complex, high-assurance environment. You will analyze existing engineering and program processes, map workflows, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise functions.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional sessions, mentoring teams, and delivering process documentation and dashboards using MBSE tools. Security-cleared professionals are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Experience applying Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma to enterprise challenges.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops.
• Strong communication with government stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks.
• Develop improved workflows, procedures, and operating practices.
• Lead workshops, retrospectives, and improvement activities.
• Mentor teams on process-improvement practices and disciplined execution.
