Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required.
• Subject Matter Expert in ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Analyze business, engineering, and program processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and recommend improved processes, workflows, procedures, and operating practices.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, retrospectives, process reviews, and improvement activities.
• Support teams in implementing and maturing Agile and SAFe practices.
• Develop process maps, workflows, metrics, dashboards, and process-management artifacts.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for workflow management, issue tracking, process documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
• Assess organizational and process performance using quantitative and qualitative measures.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver work products associated with ISO/IEC 15288 Enterprise, Project, and Technical Process Areas.
• Support development and implementation of engineering standards and processes.
• Plan and support complex or enterprise-level engineering and process-improvement initiatives.
