Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a senior Systems Engineer Level 6 (Process Improvement) to support enterprise process improvement, organizational transformation, and systems engineering across a complex mission environment at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires expertise in ISO/IEC 15288, Agile/SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, JIRA and Confluence, and requires U.S.

Citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

Subject Matter Expert in ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.
Experience applying Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma to enterprise challenges.
Ability to develop process maps, workflows, metrics, dashboards and related artifacts.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
Analyze current business, engineering, and program processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
Develop and recommend improved processes, workflows, procedures, and operating practices.
Apply Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enterprise challenges.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Support teams in implementing and maturing Agile and SAFe practices.
Develop process maps, workflows, metrics, dashboards, and artifacts.
Use JIRA and Confluence to support workflow management and reporting.
