Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in highly technical environments; 15+ years preferred.
• Experience managing technical projects: schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements, architecture, and technical deliverables for aerospace/defense programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical performance of programs.
• Develop system specifications and test plans based on requirements.
• Mentor junior systems engineers and serve as a technical resource.
• Interface with customers and program management to align objectives.
